1. About the service

CoreEnglishPro is a web-based English learning service accessed at app.coreenglishpro.com. It is a digital product: interactive lessons, audio material, quizzes, and conversation practice with artificial intelligence.

The app can be used on its own, without classes. We do not provide in-person classes. Live Zoom classes with a human teacher are a premium programme purchased separately at its own price, as described on the Live Class page. That programme includes a one-month Pro subscription; a Pro subscription bought on its own does not include live classes.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid, working email address when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

One account is intended for one person. Sharing account access with others may result in suspension.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through our official contact channels.

3. Free plan and Pro subscription

A free account gives full, unlimited-time access to the courses marked free on the Courses page, plus 10 AI conversation minutes granted once.

A Pro subscription opens the courses marked Pro and adds 120 AI conversation minutes every 30 days while the subscription is active. Added minutes are additive — they do not replace your remaining balance.

Pro is sold as a fixed period of either 1 month or 4 months. It is not a recurring subscription: there is no automatic billing and we do not store your card details. When the period ends, the account returns to the free plan.

AI conversation minutes originating from a subscription are retained for 3 days after Pro expires, and then reset to zero.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are final prices including any applicable tax.

Payment is made by QRIS transfer to our registered merchant account. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card number.

Pro access is activated manually after we have confirmed your transfer, normally well within 24 hours of receiving your payment receipt. Nothing physical is shipped.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are set out on the Refund Policy page, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Fair use

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute lesson material beyond your own personal use.

The AI conversation feature is intended for English practice. We may limit or suspend access if it is used in an automated way, unreasonably excessively, or for purposes other than language learning.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we may carry out maintenance or experience technical faults. We do not guarantee entirely uninterrupted service.

If a major outage lasts a long time and prevents you from using a paid service, contact us for a reasonable resolution.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version is always available on this page together with its update date. Changes take effect once published.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
