Refund Policy

1. Refund window

You can request a full refund within 2 calendar days of a successful payment, as long as you have not used more than 10 AI conversation minutes in that period. Exactly 10 minutes still qualifies; what disqualifies a request is usage above 10 minutes.

This usage limit exists because every AI conversation minute incurs a compute cost we cannot recover. Every other part of the app — lessons, audio, quizzes — has no effect on refund eligibility.

2. What cannot be refunded

Requests made more than 2 days after payment.

Purchases of extra AI conversation minute packs where the minutes have been partly or fully used. A pack that has not been used at all can still be refunded within 2 days.

Accounts suspended for breaching the Terms & Conditions.

3. How to request one

Message us on the WhatsApp number listed on the Contact page, or email our official address there with the subject "Refund".

Include: your account email address, your order code, the payment date, your proof of transfer, and a brief reason. The reason does not affect the decision as long as the conditions in point 1 are met — we use it to improve the product.

4. Process and timing

We acknowledge receipt of a request within 24 hours on working days.

A decision is given within 3 working days of the request being received.

If approved, the money is transferred back to the account you paid from. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or e-wallet provider, typically 5–14 working days.

You are not charged any administration fee for a refund.

5. After a refund is approved

Pro access is switched off and your account returns to the free plan. AI conversation minutes originating from that purchase are removed.

Your learning progress is not deleted. You can continue using the free courses as normal.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but Pro access did not activate within 24 hours, or you were charged twice for the same transaction, contact us. We treat these as transaction corrections and they are not subject to the minute limit in point 1.
